Large Group Information

We welcome large groups celebrating Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Graduation, Retirement, etc. See below for our large group information. 

Large Groups

There will be 18% service charge for all large groups

Any changes to your food order must be made before 10am the morning of your reservation. If changes are not made before 10am, you will be charged the amount of your initial food order.  Any changes to assigned seating or dietary substitutions also must be made before 10am the morning of your reservation.

We cannot change seating, food options & dietary substitutions at the last minute due to availability of food, plating and time issues.

You are welcome to bring a cake for the event, however, as we are a small facility with a few staff members, we ask that you provide paper plates and take care of the cake.  

 

Groups of 7-11

Reservations are required. We ask that you place your food order a minimum of 1 week ahead and order from our Group Menu. (will be emailed upon request)

Groups of 12-20,

Reservations are required. You will enjoy the private rental of half our Tea Room.  We require a minimum of 14 people (10 years and older).  The charge is $30 a person which provides guests with a selection of tea sandwiches, warm savories, English Scones with Devon Cream and Jam, mini desserts, fruit garnish and tea. Substitutions will need to be ordered a minimum of 1 week ahead and may be subject to additional charge. We require a $200 deposit upon making your reservation.

You may rent half the tea room for 2-hours, from 11am-1pm or from 1.30pm-3.30pm.

Groups of 20-36

            Reservations of at least a month ahead are required. For $35/person you will enjoy the private rental of the Tea Room with full service staff. We require a minimum of 25 people (10 years and older) and can accommodate up to 30. Kids 10 and under can choose items from our a la carte menu for an additional cost. Substitutions will need to be ordered a minimum of 1 week ahead and may be subject to additional charge. We require a $500 deposit upon making your reservation.

 

Guests will be provided assorted tea sandwiches, warm savories, English scones with Devon cream and jam, mini desserts, fruit garnishes, tea, and complementary sparkling cider

You may rent the tea room for 2-hours, from 11am-1pm or from 1.30pm-3.30pm.
